CANCELLATION POLICY

While we value your business immensely, we also have to be respectful to clients on our waitlist as well as our busy lash extension artists.  All cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service fee.  A “no show” will result in 100% of the reserved service fee.  If an appointment is booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it must be canceled 4 hours before the appointment or there will be a charge of 50% of the reserved service fee.  Sincere thank you for understanding.

CHILD POLICY

Due to the intimate studio space at Lashed By Ash, we cannot accommodate the needs of children while preserving the atmosphere that we believe is important for every client who enters our studio.  We ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment.  Thank you for respecting this policy and accept our sincere appreciation for your understanding.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

As a courtesy, you will receive appointment reminders from Lashed By Ash prior to your scheduled date and time.  Appointment reminders are sent via email and/or text message, and (on occassion) we will call you.

If we are unable to reach you or if the appointment reminders fail to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember all of your scheduled appointments.
